Managing Director, Head of Global Markets - Trading, Asia Pacific; Prime Services; FX; Ecommerce

Ivan Ritossa is a Managing Director and Head of Global Markets - Trading, Asia Pacific; Prime Services; FX; Ecommerce.  Based in Singapore, he is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

Until recently, Mr. Ritossa was a member of the New York Federal Reserve Foreign Exchange Committee and The Bank of England Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee. He now sits on the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee.

Mr. Ritossa joined Barclays Capital in 2002 from Lehman Brothers where he was
Co-Global Head of Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets based in London.

Prior to this, Mr. Ritossa was at Bankers Trust until 1999 where he was a Senior Managing Director. He began his career at Bankers Trust and worked in various roles in Sydney, Singapore and London.

Mr. Ritossa graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a degree in Finance.
