Barclays Capital Mortgage Servicing Limited (BCMS) provides asset management and surveillance together with reporting to investors in its European commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) conduit programme.

BCMS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC, was formed in December 2004 to provide loan servicing for commercial investment property transactions.

The team of dedicated specialists within BCMS provides collateral management, asset surveillance, cash management oversight, information collation and distribution to CMBS investors in the Barclays Capital ECLIPSE programme.

Rating Agencies
BCMS is evaluated and rated by Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s on an annual basis.
